
Richard Awoseyin
Prof. Emmanuel Adetiba, a COREN-registered engineer and member of IITPSA and IEEE, earned his Ph.D. from Covenant University and completed a Postdoc at DUT, South Africa. He has published extensively, led major research projects, supervised multiple graduate students, and received prestigious grants including the 2023 Google Award for Inclusion Research.

Richard Awoseyin is a distinguished technologist and software developer with a strong background in electronic and electrical engineering. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1998, earning a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
In 2004, Richard’s expertise earned him a pivotal appointment by Governor Bukola Saraki as the State Website Manager for Kwara State, where he was tasked with developing, managing, and advancing the state’s online presence and driving broader technological initiatives.
In 2012, Richard transitioned fully into the private sector, founding Rollar Cecilee Communications, where he serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, Rollar Cecilee Communications expanded into innovative software development, delivering solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Over the years, Richard Awoseyin has contributed to the success of several state-level projects across Nigeria. Notably, he played a key role in the Know Your Farmers project under the administration of the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, and was instrumental in the development of the Offtaker Demand-Driven Agriculture program initiated by Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State.
